Market Group 1 Pay Grade 4 Pay Range - $46,282.00 to $71,738.00
Responsibilities:
This position reports directly to the Director of Flight Operations & Flight Training Manager.
The Flight Training Department Records Manager responsibilities include:

Manages all records for the department and provides administrative support for the Flight Operations Office and Pilot Training Department.
Requirements:

Two year certificate from college or technical school or comparable work experience

Must be computer literate and able to utilize standard business software and Microsoft Office applications.

Experience in an aviation work environment and familiar with FAR’s and compliance requirements.

Ability to lift 20 lbs., routinely, climb, bend, and kneel during the course of work.

Must be a U.S. citizen and hold a valid driver's license.

Successfully complete a lengthy security screening process and at all times possess and maintain eligibility for the appropriate US Government Security Approval.

Pre-employment drug screening and pre-employment physical.
Essential Functions:
Pilot Training Records
-
Create, organize, and maintain all pilot records; records will be stored both electronically and as hard copies (in Training Binders).

Track and maintain records of pilot currency to include: Assigned Aircraft currency, FAA Annual Medical, Take-offs/Landings, Instrument proficiency, In-house specialty training.
Scheduling

Schedule all Initial and Recurrent Flight Trainings at outside training facilities.

Schedule all in-house pilot training.
Compliance

Maintain and update Flight manuals for all aircraft, including duplicate office sets.

Assist Part 125 personnel in maintaining and updating the GOM, LOAs and LODAs.

Maintain all Part 125 Flight Documents in accordance with FAA regulations.

Send, acquire, and maintain PRIA records.
